At BKCF, meaningful change begins with dignity, imagination, and shared responsibility. Every program we support reflects that belief shaped through trust, rooted in community, guided by purpose.
We currently steward three categories of initiatives :
Our Signature Initiative: Seeds for a Child, One Coffee One Smile and WE Scarf
Co Created Program RAGAM | Suwung : From Survival to Self Reliance
Solidarity Campaigns Targeted Support for Trusted Organizations
BKCF led programs
Just us. Just beginnings.
These are the programs we imagined, built, and continue to nurture from the ground up. They carry our vision at its purest: to shift systems through creativity, empathy, and long term presence.
The beating heart of BKCF, created and led by Alexa Genoyer.
Through art, play, and imagination, Seeds for a Child brings emotional relief and empowerment to children facing difficult realities. In villages, landfills, and underserved schools across Bali, our rotating team of artists and educators offers :
Creative workshops with art, books, music, and games
Safe spaces for expression and connection
Nutritious snacks and joyful learning environments
By enabling children to express themselves freely, we invite them to look beyond inherited limits and into new possibilities.
Blue Karma Children’s Foundation (BKCF) the humanitarian heart of Blue Karma Secrets is leading the way to bring hope, nourishment, and empowerment to these communities. In this initiative, coffee is a graceful metaphor for generosity and compassion guests will not receive a physical cup. Rather, each symbolic coffee signifies heartfelt support, illuminating the path toward a brighter future for children in need.
Every small donation has the power to create lasting change. IDR 50,000 provides one child with a nourishing breakfast, offering them the gift of dignity, care, and love...
WE is more than a scarf.
It is a living symbol of our commitment to the most vulnerable children.
Inspired by the traditional Palestinian Keffiyeh, the “Wings of Empathy” scarf gently wraps the wearer in a gesture of solidarity and care.
In a world where conflicts steal innocence, we choose to protect what light remains: the children...
Designed with local partners
Rooted in trust. Built to last.
These programs grow from shared values and long standing relationships with grassroots organizations.
Together, we don’t just support we co create, weaving our resources, experience, and vision with those
already working in the heart of the community.
Each project is shaped with care, adapted to real needs, and carried forward in partnership
so that
every step leads not just to impact, but to resilience, autonomy, and dignity.
RAGAM | Suwung : From Survival to Self Reliance
Our fully co designed program with grassroots ally RAGAM.
Suwung landfill, near Denpasar home to families living in extreme poverty.
Pathway to autonomy :
Building safe community infrastructure (kitchen, activity centre)
Providing daily breakfasts for children
Next steps : a community run snack stand and a permaculture garden adapted to landfill soil
BKCF safeguards strategy and funding with full transparency; RAGAM manages daily field operations and community trust building.
Curated giving. Conscious alignment.
Real impact.
Throughout the year, we meet with local Yayasan, NGOs and grassroots foundations doing meaningful work
across Bali and beyond.
We take time to understand their approach how they serve, what they believe, and whether our values
resonate.
When we feel that connection ethically, humanly, and structurally we go further.
We identify specific needs within their programs, and select those that align with our mission of
dignity, care and autonomy.
Soft to the touch. Deep in its meaning.
You’re someone who gives with intention.
You don’t need loud declarations just gestures that feel real.
Maybe you’ve been looking for a way to offer warmth, not just symbolically, but tangibly.
Something gentle. Something that carries care...
Standing with communities beyond the maps.
In the steep, rugged highlands of East Bali, some villages remain almost invisible. Tucked into the slopes of Mount Agung, these communities face daily challenges that go far beyond what most of us can imagine limited access to water, no proper roads, no toilets, and classrooms built from the earth itself...
You believe in potential. So do we.
There’s something powerful about meeting a teenager who grew up with nothing and yet carries themselves with strength, joy, and vision. When we visited the Dharma Citta boarding house run by ANAK, we saw just that. Young minds, selected from the most fragile backgrounds, living together with resilience, learning real life skills, and preparing for university. Autonomously. Bravely....
Bridging Distances to Education
On the remote islands of Rinca and Komodo, children wake up surrounded by ocean but with no clear path to school.
There are no buses. No paved roads.
Only water. And the long wait for someone to carry them across it.
That’s why Meralda Adam created Yellow Boat of Hope Indonesia, a lifeline for education...
